We ship to Canada and the U.S. including all provinces, territories and states.

🚚 Shipping Made Simple
We ship all orders based on weight (in kilograms), so you only pay for what you need! Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.
We do our best to get your order packed and on its way within 3 business days. Once it’s shipped, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Some remote or rural areas may have longer delivery times.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to view order status.

Return Policy
We want you to love every product you order from us! If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Include all original tags and labels
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
Pacifiers, teethers, and bottles
Diapers and wipes
Personal care products (e.g. lotions, creams)
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at omeerell2024@gmail.com with photos and order details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather events. If your order appears lost, contact us so we can assist with locating it.
